Sotèr – Tuscan White Wine
Soter is a Tuscan White Wine, fresh, mineral and harmonic which seduces thanks to the balance between minerality and aromas, leaving an impression of completeness and freshness that recalls hot summer days.
The name Soter comes from ancient Greek and means “savior,” a title attributed to the deities of ancient Greece, particularly Zeus.
The story
Sotèr is a blend of Trebbiano and Vermentino. When the grapes have reached the desired ripeness, they are harvested and subjected to soft pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Subsequently, the wine matures in small stainless steel vats for a few months, before bottling and a short refinement in the bottle to preserve its freshness and aromatic intensity.
Tasting Notes
At sight it presents itself with a straw yellow and reflections greenish. It gives off perfumes to the nose elegant and fine, with hints of fresh white fruit And wild flowers.
On the palate it is dry, fresh, with balanced acidity and a marked one minerality. Excellent taste-olfactory correspondence.
