From 12.5% alcohol degrees, a wine presents itself to the eye straw yellow with reflections tending to green. The bouquet of Sotèr is fruity with hints of not too ripe yellow fruit, such as pineapple, enriched by citrus and floral tones of white flowers. In fact, the taste remains one dry, fresh wine, with a well integrated acidic vein.
It's a harmonious wine, which seduces thanks to a balance between its minerality and its perfumes, leaves a sense of completeness in the mouth, with memories that refer to the summer season.
