Red Wine IGT Toscana. Sangiovese And Alicante Of 12.5% alcohol degrees. Vinified in red with separate vines, with controlled temperature, for 7/12 days. Aged in cement for six months and in glass for two.
To the eye it is a intense ruby red wine, on the nose there are notes of cherry and plum but also slightly spicy tones, which give roundness and pleasantness to the mouth. It presents itself overall a balanced wine which has a warm and sweet aftertaste. Delìo is an elegant wine which represents the meeting point between tradition and modernity.
