Red Wine IGT Toscana. It is made from grapes Sangiovese, Merlot And Petit Verdot, carefully hand selected. The grapes are vinified separately in red, for a period ranging from 12 to 15 days, with a controlled temperature. Maturation begins with 12 months in stainless steel vats, followed by 12 months in medium toasted French oak barriques, and finally 3 months of aging in glass.
From 13.5% alcohol degrees, Cusebio is a intense and brilliant ruby red wine. Its bouquet is broad, floral and fruity notes such as violet, iris, cherry and plum emerge, enriched by spicy tones of vanilla, licorice and cocoa powder. On the palate, Cusebio presents itself as a complex and structured wine, but at the same time soft, elegant and pleasant. The gustatory evolution is persistent with a final retro-olfactory reference to ripe fruit.
