Idèo is a precious Chianti DOCG Red Wine which comes from the hills of Vinci, near Empoli and Florence, in the cellar of Fattoria Dianella 1. This blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, harvested by hand, is vinified separately in red for 15 days and aged for ten months: seven in stainless steel, three in French oak barriques and two in the bottle. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, Idèo presents itself with a lively ruby red and a bouquet rich in ripe red fruits such as morello cherry and plum, accompanied by delicate spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
