Helice it's a sparkling rosé wine, which wants to remember the light-heartedness and lightness. A pure merlot, vinified in steel at 16° degrees for twelve days with one alcohol content of 11% degrees. To the eye, its color is a refined and soft pink, which integrates perfectly with his fine and persistent perlage which highlights its freshness. On the nose the bouquet of Helice is elegant, with fruity hints of strawberry and cherry and floral notes of rose that hint at sweetness. On the palate, it is a clean, dry and fresh wine with good intensity and correspondence of aromas.
It is particularly appreciated for being a young, modern and contemporary wine.
